All short listed profiles are taken through our stringent 3-TSS process to separate potential finalists from window shoppers. 3-TSS is a 3 stage screening process carried out by our technical recruiters based on which each candidate is ranked on overall suitability for the position. It also involves reference checks from the last two organizations. All the information is made available to the client before the actual interviewing.

Each candidate is then analyzed for strengths, weaknesses, incompatibilities etc. in co-ordination with the hiring manager after the interview by the client.
